Who We Are
About Us
William Herringer and Todd Norvell serve as the mediators for Southwest Judicial Mediators, LLC. Will and Todd are both former district court judges in Colorado who presided over a variety of case types, including domestic relations, civil litigation involving commercial matters, personal injury, premises liability and other legal disputes, and criminal cases. Will and Todd also have extensive trial experience as litigators in federal, state, and tribal courts. We have tried, or presided over, approximately two hundred jury trials.
One of our strengths as mediators is our understanding of how judicial officers and jurors approach the important decisions that they are required to make in resolving legal and factual controversies. Our real-world experience provides us with useful insight into the potential outcomes of litigation. We believe we can speak with the parties with credibility and authority regarding the pros and cons of litigation versus settlement.
We have enjoyed serving as mediators since 2023, assisting parties in avoiding the expense and stress associated with litigating a case in court. If you have questions about our services or availability, please email or call either Will or Todd.
